| Pressure in the neck usually means that your cervical spine can't get enough normal curvature. This will be addressed in Step 2. |

| Pressure in the lower back means that your lower back
doesn't have enough flexibility. It's not uncommon to
have poor movement in the low back cause neck pain. Find a massage
therapist, chiropractor, physical therapist, or osteopath to
evaluate your low back for it's contribution to your neck pain. |
