Very uncomfortable pressure in the low back, upper back, or neck means that your spine doesn't have enough flexibility.
Show me some upper back exercises...

Pressure in the neck usually means that your cervical spine can't get enough normal curvature.  This will be addressed in Step 2.

Pressure in the lower back means that your lower back doesn't have enough flexibility.  It's not uncommon to have poor movement in the low back cause neck pain.  Find a massage therapist, chiropractor, physical therapist, or osteopath to evaluate your low back for it's contribution to your neck pain.
