The extensor muscles of the neck
are responsible for holding the head up.
To check these muscles:
First, lie down on a bed with your hands out front as shown.
Next, lift your head from the base of the neck without poking out
your chin. Your face should remain parallel with the bed. Make
sure your neck is kept straight and doesn't bend up top. Count to
15.

If you get a significant increase in headaches,
numbness, or other symptoms, STOP !
