Why was PainAnswers developed?

While creating a successful pain management internet resource, Dr. Centeno was sent hundreds of inquires each month for help. These questions came from around the world, 365 days a year. Many of these patients traveled to his Colorado office to be formally evaluated; however, many did not have the resources to travel. It soon became clear that the only way to evaluate a pain patient who couldn't be examined, was to create a resource that would allow years of diagnostic skills to be placed into a web-site.
