Suboccipital Overload Causing Headaches

The head tends to fall forward when the lordosis is lost.  This then causes the suboccipital muscles in the back of the head to get overloaded and tired (they weren't designed to keep the head from falling off).  This then causes irritation of the occipital nerves which leads to headaches.
