  C 5-6 Mild posterior disc bulge appears to be more borad based than compared ot the prior (04) exam. C 6-7 Moderate rightward disc herniation is more broad based than it was on the 04 exam. May have nerve root compression

Epidurals and selective nerve root blocks would be reasonable next steps for a patient who is suspected of having nerve root irritation or compression from a herniated disc.
