01/05/2006, I was on a train that derailed. I was thrown forward & back against the window. Xrays and MRI find no damage but I hurt between my shoulder blades almost all the time. Dr. said it was Thoracic sprain. I've recently (6 mo later) started having cricks in my neck. Do you have a suggestion?

A good place to start would be investigation if he injured lower cervical facet joints or upper thoracic facets joints.
